The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of merchandise on our website (““) own by Concept Boreal S.L. Andrés Mellado 55, 28015 Madrid, Spain. Requests for information should be made through our Customer Care: click here to contact Customer Care.

Any delivery of goods and services by Concept Boreal S.L. as the seller to the customer (“Customer”) shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein to the extent no other agreements have been explicitly made. The Customer’s general terms and conditions that are inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein shall only be applicable to the extent Concept Boreal S.L. has explicit approved in writing.

Purchase Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with Concept Boreal S.L. when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method. You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details. You can place an order using a debit/credit card or with a registered Paypal account. Orders will only be validated once the product has been paid and cleared in our account.


Concept Boreal S.L. works hard to keep the Site and stock levels up to date. In the event that the POINTE SHOES ANTI-BUNION STRETCHER BY TAMARA ROJO ® you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges.

Concept Boreal S.L. reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:

The price includes transportation and delivery through a shipping national or international Digital Certified Letter provided by Correos Group. Items posted are tracked and individually identified with a label with barcode stuck to the front. This product guarantees: Items are delivered and signed for at the address of the recipient. If they cannot be delivered, a notification will be left in the letterbox so they can be collected from the indicated Post Office, where they will be kept for 15 days. Normal Delivery times are between 4 to 8 working days depending on the country and the location of the delivery. This transportation and delivery service does not include customs taxes or any services required by said taxes.


You can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used, that can clearly be sold again. If the two conditions described above are met, you can receive a refund of the amount paid during the 14 days following receipt of the item if you reside in the EU, or during the 20 days following have received it, if you reside outside the EU. You can return the item as long as it is in the following conditions:

  • Without having been used and in the original packaging.
  • With the labels still on.

THE POINTE SHOES ANTI-BUNION STRETCHER BY TAMARA ROJO ® must be returned inside its original shipping box and with labels attached.
If you are due a refund, the funds will be available in your account within 30 business days. Paypal funds will be available immediately after processing your return. This does not affect your rights.


When you return the device to change it or to return your money, you must take care of the shipping cost, unless there has been an error in the processing of your order. You need to get proof of delivery (a shipping certificate or a receipt from the post office). We can not accept any responsibility for lost packages if you do not have proof that they have been sent. If you send a package without paying the costs, the package will not be accepted.

You must allow us 14 business days to receive and process returns of orders made from the EU and 20 business days for orders made from Europe and the rest of the world. Refunds of payments will take 5 more days to reach your account. Even if you have returned the order to us through an express delivery service, we can not give priority to your return request.

If you have lost your original invoice, please include a note describing what you are returning, and if you want a change or a refund of the amount. It is crucial that you include the reference of your order in the note. If you do not have the reference number of your order, please contact us.

It is imperative that you obtain proof of delivery (a shipping certificate or a receipt from the post office). We cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages if you do not have proof that they have been sent. If you send a package without paying the costs, the package will not be accepted.


Items returned without their packaging and original labels will generate an additional cost of £ 4.00 in re-packaging.

It will be charged according to our standard shipping rate for any item returned more than once within the same order.

Prices, Taxes and Other Costs

  • Countries within the EU: The price includes VAT.
  • Countries outside the EU: Do not include VAT or sales taxes.

You may be required to pay import duties when you receive goods.

Is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about these charges in the delivery country.

Please be aware that import or customs charges may apply. These costs are not our responsibility to calculate and are therefore not included in our prices. It is your responsibility to pay any customs or import charges when receiving your order.

Concept Boreal S.L. reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time. However, prices cannot be changed once the order has been saved.


Concept Boreal S.L. shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless by Customer from any damage, losses or claims of whatever kind, contractual or delictual, consequential or incidental, direct or indirect, arising out of, in connection with or resulting from the sale governed hereby or the goods, including, but without limitation, the manufacture, repair, handling, installation, General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
